Join Smart Women for Working Wardrobes on Tuesday at 8 a.m. at the Pacific Club in Newport Beach for its informative and fun Fashion for Breakfast event. Emmy and Academy Award winning makeup artist Michael Westmore will be sharing beauty tips and tricks in support of a great cause.
You have an option to purchase a ticket for $50 or join as Smart Women member. Smart Women support the mission of Working Wardrobes, Working that empowers disadvantaged people to overcoming difficult challenges to confidently enter the workforce and achieve self-sufficiency.
Pacific Club is at 4110 Macarthur Blvd. in Newport Beach.

The 2013 OC Music Awards Showcase Series is underway bringing us free live concerts throughout Orange County leading up to the OC Music Awards Ceremony on March 9 at the City National Grove of Anaheim. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Constellation Room in Santa Ana for the Best Live Band Showcase featuring performances by Nilu (8 p.m.); Golden Afternoon (8:45 p.m.); Lowly Spects (9:30 p.m.); Preacher’s Sons (10:15 p.m.); and Moonsville Collective (11 p.m.).
DJ’s from KROQ will host each Showcase event and four music industry veterans will judge the Showcase Series on musicianship, originality, song composition, stage presence and show attendance. The five finalists in the Best Live Band will progress to the Showcase Series Finals, a free show at House of Blues Anaheim on Tuesday, Feb. 26.
The Constellation Room is at 3503 South Harbor Blvd. in Santa Ana.
